Eddy Server

GEMIT EddyServer is an ease-of-use eddy current inspection system. To configure and display inspection results you just need to plug in the power and install a network to a desktop PC.

This very practical yet simple device is ready to use as soon as the software supplied has been installed. If desired, the device can also be controlled by LabView.

Echo Server

The EchoServer from GEMIT is a portable ultrasonic test device. All that is needed for configuration and for displaying readings
is a network cable (CAT-5 cable) and a desktop PC.

GEMIT master systems – non destructive testing

The GEMIT range of master systems is used for non destructive material testing using the eddy current or ultrasound technique.

The systems are used in production lines on which destructive testing is performed quickly, and with the highest level of sensitivity, on materials – such as pipes, poles and profile material or semi-finished products such as pistons, pivots, bearing parts, etc.

Rotating mechanism - for eddy current testing

Longitudinal-oriented imperfections and cracks on bare material can be detected very easily with eddy current testing using rotating sensors. During the rotation process, sensors rotate at high speed around the material under test. Longitudinal imperfections are scanned multiple times on each rotation and can therefore be detected reliably.

Eccentricity inspection (Echo Server ECC)

EchoServer ECC is a product for inline tube-eccentricity-inspection. It can be used to take influence on the control of the production line.

Eddy current sensor elements

Our eddy current measuring technology includes a comprehensive range of sensor elements.
Sensor elements are available for different geometries.

Melt Level Control

In order to control the level of melt metal it is required to use a senseless measurement system due to the fact that the material is very hot and cannot be touched by a sensor.

The nature physics delivers some different kinds of methodes like for instance ultrasonic or laser systems. But these methods suffer from high cost disadvantage.

To meet our customer requrements we have developed another system for this application using a different technique that is more easy and more cost-efficient than ultrasonic or laser.

Industrial TFT panel

The GFP15 industrial panel is 15" TFT operator and display panel with integrated touch panel and keypad. It was designed especially for use in 19" rack-mount systems.
The modern design and ease of installation are particular features. The colour, inscription, and key assignment can be tailored to customer requirements.

PaCo panel controller

The PaCo is a compact microcontroller module based on a powerful ARM7 microcontroller. It was developed to minimise electronics and programming overheads in industrial man-machine interfaces (MMIs).

The environment for these MMIs generally includes display and operator units (with protection rating) for machinery, automation devices in production, industrial PC´s and control centres in industrial systems.

Powerful XScale embedded system

As a manufacturer of measurement instruments and systems, GEMIT GmbH offers an adaptable and powerful module for the embedded market.
